Match 1: MWL Dead Heat Tournament 2008 Quarter-final: Allan Martel v. Jarvick Redrock
- Jarvick Redrock pinned Allan Martel after a running DDT at 5:53 to advance to the Dead Heat Tournament Semi-finals.
Match 2: Maverick Miller v. Chad Vritska v. Byakko
- Byakko pinned Chad Vritska after a spinning wheel kick at 16:47.
"Oh, Maverick..." A voice calls out as the closing bell rings. The camera pans to the video wall, to show Alex DuVry, the MWL World Lightweight Championship belt slung over his shoulder. "Maverick, I heard what happened to you last week, and I honestly have to say, I'm sorry it happened. You still want a shot at the Lightweight title again, though, right?"
Maverick nods in silent reply.
"Well, what say you to a match. You and me, one on one, at MWL Uprising this weekend, huh?" Alex asks, to which Maverick, again, nods. "Aah, but a regular match...just won't do, will it? Hmm... Let's see... Oh! I know! How about a ladder match?"
Maverick grabs a microphone from ringside and swallows nervously before speaking. "Uhm, ah... Does...does it HAVE to be a ladder match? Maybe hardcore, or...submission, maybe?"
"NO!" Alex bellows. "A ladder match! My final offer, Maverick! Take it, or leave it!" Maverick remains silent as he considers the match. "Hmm, you know what? Get back to me on Sunday. I've got urgent matters to attend to. Farewell." Alex states as the video wall fades and Maverick looks on, chewing on his thumbnail.
Match 3: Free Radical v. Asian Persuasion
- Jim Norris forced Tiananman to submit to a boston crab at 9:51.
Match 4: MWL North American Championship - (C) B-4 v. Chance
- B-4 pinned Chance after a DDtS at 5:22 to retain the MWL North American Championship.
Main Event: MWL World Tag Team Championship: (C) The Brotherhood v. Anthony Jacobs & Kairez
- Anthony Jacobs was counted out at 17:24.
As the members of the Brotherhood celebrate, Anthony Jacobs returns to the ring. Spike and Scott climb out of the ring, while David remains behind. Anthony tucks back in the corner and grins as David turns to face him. He leans forward and begins to charge, but is promptly blindsided and laid out by a shot from a title belt.
Anthony shakes his head and feels the blood dripping down the side of his face. He looks up to see Kairez, the MWL-CAW Championship in his hand, looking down and laughing at him. Kairez raises a microphone to his mouth and begins to speak.
"Oh, AJ, AJ, AJ... I'm sorry, but I just can't have you trying to pry the MWL World Tag Team Championship belts away from my, heheh... Well, let's just say my Brothers, shall we? Nahaha... Scott, Spike, David... Finish him." Kairez spits, tossing the microphone to ringside. Kairez climbs out of the ring and begins walking up the ramp as the lights go out, and the familiar eerie music fills the arena. The music plays for some time, then quiets down as the lights come back on. In the ring is Free Radical, Nicholas Hunter extending a hand to help AJ to his feet, and scattered around at ringside are the members of the Brotherhood. AJ reluctantly takes Nick's hand and pulls himself to his feet. He then approaches the side of the ring facing the ramp and Kairez.
"Kairez!" Anthony shouts, loud enough to be heard without a microphone. "Uprising! You and me, for the MWL-CAW title!" Kairez looks on with a maniacal grin and simply nods in response as the show fades to a close.
