The show opens to a shot of Danny Tieso rushing through the parking garage of the Ignition arena. After a moment, Rod Friedman comes into view with a briefcase in each hand, heading toward the arena. "Rod, Rod!" Danny shouts. "Would you care to explain the briefcases there?" Danny asks once he catches up.
"Hmmhmm, you'll have to wait and see, Danny boy." Rod chuckles.
"Not even a hint?" Danny whines.
"All you need to know is that these surprises will be unveiled tonight." Rod grins, continuing on.
Match 1: Kimberly Bailleaux v. the Scourge
- The Scourge pinned Kimberly Bailleaux after a NeckJam at 16:23.
Match 2: Rod Friedman v. Suicide
- Rod Friedman pinned Suicide after a diving elbow drop at 7:33.
Match 3: Steel Cage - Bryan Krash v. CK One v. Norihito Takahashi
- Norihito Takahashi escaped the cage at 10:40.
Match 4: Silver Age Kings v. Genesis Mirage
- Erik Range was counted out at 15:15.
As the closing bell rings, the music of Rod Friedman hits the sound system, and Rod appears on the stage, briefcases in tow. He strolls down the ramp and comes to a stop, looking on at the continuing brawl between the Genesis Mirage and Silver Age Kings. Rod cracks a grin and throws one of the briefcases to Justin McIntyre, who rushes forward and blasts Matthew Froscheiser with it. Matt collapses to the mat, while Rod enters the ring. Hen and Justin, along with Riley, surround Erik. The crowd roars as Suicide rushes onto the stage, making his way to the ring. Justin tosses his briefcase aside and goes after Suicide outside of the ring, while Riley and Rod remain to focus on Erik. Erik immediately starts punching Rod, and continues on him, forcing him to drop his briefcase. Riley lifts up the case and strikes Erik in the back of the head. Riley helps Rod back to his feet, just as Justin whips Suicide into the stairs at ringside. Justin climbs back into the ring, a microphone in hand, and passes it to Riley. Rod lifts up both briefcases and grins as Riley begins.
"Alright, we've got some news to deliver here tonight, and it involves all the regular tag teams here on Ignition, so... Vince Marshall, Norihito Takahashi, and Raganarok, please come out here, so we can make our announcement." Riley states. Almost immediately, the four requested appear on the stage, cautious due to the caranage created just moments ago. "Alright, here's the deal. With Redline having the Dead Heat Tournament officially beginning on Wednesday, we thought, 'why not have a tournament of our own?' So, we went to Michael Jamborgh and cleared a four-team, double-loss elimination tournament. And these are the prizes..." Riley begins. Rod grins and opens both briefcases, revealing two identical championship belts.
"The Silver Age Championship, Ignition's own tag titles! Our tournament starts following Uprising, so get ready!" Riley shouts,
Main Event: MWL World Television Championship - Revolution X: (C) Mumbo Man v. Nathan Rozman
- Mumbo Man pinned Nathan Rozman after an inverted falling slam at 18:21 to retain the MWL World Television Championship.
