Oy, the PHENOMENAL AJ Riles here, and we've got some new stuff to cover today, so PAY ATTENTION! *smacks pointer against the chalkboard*
A new addition to the "Roster" board has been made. This addition is the "Stock Roster" board. That said, I'm here for our token rundown of the new system.
Essentially, what a Stock CAW is, is a CAW which is only booked when the situation calls for it. Be it a challenge, complications in the remainder of the card, etc. So, suppose Freaky is the odd man out for a show. Rather than have no opponent (unless the storyline calls for this to occur), Freaky would be booked against a CAW pulled from the Stock Roster.
Anyone may submit a Stock CAW simply by submitting a standard formula in the "Stock Roster" board. Stock CAWs do not count towards a member's CAW limit, and ultimately act similarly to Talent Exchange CAWs (see the Talent Exchange Program for more details on Talent Exchange CAWs), in that they are not required to be booked, may be promo'd for as the owner sees fit, and so on.
One major difference between Stock CAWs and main roster/Talent Exchange CAWs is that Stock CAWs are entirely ineligible for championships in AWF. They may compete against champions, but may not, at any time (unless brought up to the main roster), compete for an AWF championship, even with storylines.
For example, Generic Stock Character A faces, and defeats, Freaky (who is, at the time of this writing, reigning AWF World Champion). Generic Stock Character A may not challenge for Freaky's title unless Generic CAW Owner A discards Generic Main Roster CAW #76 1/9 to the inactive roster and makes Generic Stock Character A a full-time CAW.
But then, that leaves Generic H.DGHSDFNNG,SFNASLN #ELNGBLFM 1/2 in quite the pickle, as his tag team partner just GOT HIS ASS CANNED.
I think that covers all the bases for tonight. If there are any other questions, feel free to ask me either here, or via PM, and I'll gladly try to help you.
