The camera fades in to the X's locker room, showing Lino pacing back and forth, with Catastrophe sitting, looking upset. Melissa is pulling her boots on when Lino speaks. "And you haven't heard from him since Sunday? Not at all?"
"I already told you, Lino! No, I haven't!" Melissa answers.
"You're sure?" Lino presses.
"YES, LINO!" Melissa snaps. "I LIVE with him, alright? I haven't even seen him since Sunday, so it's a safe bet he won't be showing up, tonight!"
"Well, damn it!" Lino spits. "He's supposed to face Kairez tonight, too... To think, the glorious leader of the most dominant force in the promotion, and he's gone AWOL!"
"I'll face Kairez." Catastrophe states, pushing himself to his feet.
"You sure?" Lino asks.
"I've been watching Yugo very closely since we started this thing, and if Yugo can take him, so can I!" Catastrophe announces, clenching his right hand into a fist and donning a smirk.
Match 1: David Hitz v. Maverick Miller
- David Hitz forced Maverick Miller to submit with a Blackout at 13:28.
Catastrophe walks down the halls of the arena, stretching his wrist. As he rounds a corner, a chair swings from offscreen and strikes him in the face. As Catastrophe crumples to the floor, a sick, twisted, laughing can be heard, followed by the sound of footsteps leaving the scene.
Match 2: Canada's Best v. CTHD
- Christopher Martel was counted out at 3:18.
The video wall comes to life, showing Sarah Alyssa and Michael Jamborgh sitting in Michael's office and discussing the current situation. Sarah clears her throat before beginning to speak. "Ladies and gentlemen, due to Kairez's original opponent, Yugo Ryan, not showing up tonight, and the assault of his replacement, Catastrophe, Michael and myself have found an opponent worthy of facing a former MWL World Heavyweight Champion. Now then, the show must go on!" Sarah announced as the video wall fades.
Match 3: Kairez v. ????
- Kairez was forced to submit with a surfboard hold at 4:17.
The camera cuts to the back, showing Stevan Corber chasing after Kouryuu, Byakko, and Melissa Rez. "Kouryuu, Byakko! Why did Melissa escort you to the ring just--!" Stevan begins, out of breath. Kouryuu grabs him by the shirt collar and lifts him up off of the ground.
"We only joined up with the one that we belong with, Stevan! The X is the single most dominant force in MWL! It has been since they started, and with the dead weight of the former Seiryu gone, we were free to join our brethren." Kouryuu growls, tossing Stevan aside as the three of them make their exit.
Match 4: MWL-CAW Championship: (C) Viper v. Jarvick Redrock
- Viper pinned Jarvick Redrock after a diving leg drop at 8:29 to retain the MWL-CAW Championship.
Match 5: MWL World Tag Team Championship: (C) Free Radical v. Asian Persuasion
- Jim Norris pinned Kentan after a dropkick from Nicholas Hunter at 11:28 to retain the MWL World Tag Team Championship.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is FREE RADICAL TV! And we're coming to you LIVE at the end of MWL Redline, HA!" Nicholas Hunter shouts, as he and Jim Norris grab their successfully defended MWL World Tag Team Championship belts.
"And now, after our first successful defense, everyone, all the fans, are welcome to join us to celebrate!" Jim shouts as a wall of fans climb over the guardrail and flood the ringside area as the show fades to a close with Jim Norris and Nicholas Hunter, titles in hand, ride the mosh pit.
