Okay, I think this has been enough time.
There are plenty of things that are wrong with this, but I do see room of improvement. So I will say yes.

Im not voting till I see a formula dude!! and for reference, in my eyes a sample promo should be a look into your character and what angles we as a fed can use him in... I dont really like this, it's like so many i have read before... I dunno, I'l sit on the fence...  |

CK, he has posted two formulas already. Just look for the ones started by him, you'll see them. He also has promos to go with them.
