"Mental" plays through the speakers as AWF General Manager Frank Dubaine appears on the stage and makes his way down to the ring. Once inside the ring he is handed a microphone and stands in the center of the ring.
"As I'm sure that most of you saw, the match between Oriental Express and Surf 'N Turf at Gold Rush ended in a countout victory for Surf. Now, many of you do not know this as it has never been a problem, but Gold Rush is the only show in AWF where a title can change hands on a disqualification. Gold Rush is the show where if you win, you take it all home. A win by DQ is as good as a win by pinfall. But I never accounted for a win by count out, it just never crossed my mind. So now Surf 'N Turf has a win in their column at Gold Rush, but they have no titles. So, this is my plan to have a final answer in this quandary. At this coming Collision, we will see Oriental Express vs Surf 'N Turf in a Steel Cage Match for the Tag Team Titles!"
