"Michael!" The voice of Shane Warner shouts as he slams open the door to Michael Jamborgh's office. "I demand a rematch! Last week, Jarvick used a closed-fist punch, which is illegal!"
"...You're serious?" Michael asks, breaking away from his discussion with Lino and Catastrophe, an eyebrow cocked in some combination of confusion and awe. Shane only gives a quick nod.
"Shane, given that you are technically still a part of the staff around here, I would expect you to know the damn rules which I have in place. Closed-fist punches may be illegal anywhere else, but they're like jaywalking. They're inconsequential at best. Besides that, this is my world, and punches are perfectly legal. So lookit here, Shane. This Sunday is Endgame. You'll be getting a rematch, don't worry, but it isn't one-on-one. No, I think the event's headline should be...oh, I don't know... Jarvick Redrock, versus Shane Warner, versus...Anthony Jacobs. Versus...Yugo Ryan." Michael gives a grin as he watches Shane's look shift from anger to something bordering on fear.
"Mm, and why don't we just go ahead and make it elimination, while we're at it? We all know how fond I am of those. That work for you there, buddy?" Michael asks. Shane opens his mouth to speak in protest, but is abruptly cut off. "Too bad. Lino? Catastrophe?" Michael smirks as the two men advance on Shane and throw him out of Michael's office.
