As the opening video package winds down, the shot fades in to show the members of the X gathered in their locker room. "So Kairez, you get to defend tonight, huh?" Melissa Rez asks.
"Yeah. Against Viper." Kairez gives a smirk, as he pats his MWL-CAW Championship belt. Melissa looks up to see Lino and Catastrophe doing some minor training, and then finally, her gaze falls upon Yugo, who is laying on the group's couch, looking none too concerned.
"You have a match tonight too, you know!" Melissa spits.
"Oh, I know." Yugo answers. "Thing is, I got Grier, tonight. Lino and Cat are getting Shane and Vritska, we've got an easy night ahead of us." Yugo chuckles, pulling himself to his feet. "Unfortunately, I'm in the opener, so I've got to go, but I predict that tonight we'll sweep." Yugo gives a quick wave as he exits the locker room.
"Well, he's as cocky as ever, huh?" Lino asks.
"Think he's brainstorming again?" Catastrophe asks, throwing a kick into Lino's padded arm.
"His brain's always running. I wouldn't be surprised if he's been plotting something since before you turned." Lino answers.
"Guh. I shudder to think..."

The camera cuts backstage where Michael Jamborgh nods with a grin and scribbles upon the whiteboard situated upon his back wall. "And so, ladies and gentlemen, that gives us our competitors for the MWL North American Championship next Sunday at Russian Roulette. And so, ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, I give you this evening's main event!"
Main Event: MWL-CAW Championship - (C) Kairez v. Viper (Click for video)
- Kairez pinned Viper after the Smoke & Mirrors at 5:15 to retain the MWL-CAW Championship.
As Kairez raises his hand in victory and makes his exit from the ring, continuing to hold the MWL-CAW Championship belt overhead, the crowd erupts as Michael Jamborgh appears on the stage, walking toward the ring, a microphone in hand. As he climbs through the ring ropes, he flips the microphone in his hand a few times before finally raising it and speaking. "Ladies and gentlemen, Russian Roulette is just around the corner! This is one of my favorite events of the year, you know. A night filled with luck, where anything can happen. So, to celebrate the arrival of our randomized stipulation show, next week, here on Redline, for the second time..." Michael begins, pausing. He looks around the arena, a wide grin on his face.
"...The stipulations will be set before hand, but the participants will be randomized." Michael states. With that, the crowd erupts again as the show fades to a close.
