- Levithan pinned Chance after the Tidal Wave at 5:05 to retain the MWL-CAW Championship.
Match 2: Alex DuVry v. Kairez (Click for video)
- Kairez pinned Alex DuVry after a side russian leg sweep at 8:05.
Match 3: MWL World Tag Team Championship - (C) Cornerstone (w/ Gregory Mandrake) v. Asian Persuasion (w/ Yukiko Nakamura) (Click for video)
- Jarvick Redrock pinned Tiananman after the Hook Punch at 10:29 to retain the MWL World Tag Team Championship.
As the closing bell rings and the referee hands Jarvick Redrock his titles, Lucas Reinhardt rolls the still unconscious Tiananman out to the floor where Kentan and Yukiko Nakamura pull him to his feet and try to help him walk backstage. Gregory Mandrake takes Lucas' titles as he waves the Asian Persuasion off and Jarvick grabs a mic, slinging his titles over his shoulders.
"Last week, our illustrious leader Shane Warner demand that I use MY prize from MY victory at Fallen Rites to give him a World Heavyweight Championship rematch against Yugo. Anyone in this arena that's followed this promotion for any amount of time should know already why I'm even here to begin with.
"I am the one that was brought in to fight Yugo and bring that World Heavyweight Championship to where it belongs. Around. My. Waist." Jarvick states. "And when all is said and done at the conclusion of Fallout, I will stand tall, your NEW...MWL World Heavyweight Champion." Jarvick announces, as Mandrake raises the duo's hands, returning Lucas' title belts.

Main Event: Shane Warner v. Anthony Jacobs (Click for video)
- Anthony Jacobs pinned Shane Warner after the Indiana Guillotine at 4:07.
As AJ stands over the fallen Shane Warner, one fist held up in triumph, the shot fades out to show Yugo Ryan in the X's locker room, the MWL World Heavyweight Championship belt around his waist. He looks over to Lino, a twisted smirk appearing upon his face. "Lino, go pay Michael a visit for me, and tell him I've a proposition for him..." Lino nods and exits the locker room, leaving only Yugo, his grin growing slightly wider. The shot then fades out as a low chuckling is heard.
