As the opening recap video winds down, the shot cuts to a backstage hall, where a commotion is apparent. Shane Warner stumbles into view, raising a hand to his mouth and wiping. He turns and begins to take a swing when Anthony Jacobs charges into view, hitting the Longinus on the challenger. AJ then approaches the downed Shane and begins hammering away at his skull. Eventually, various members of MWL staff, Michael Jamborgh included, rush to cease the beating. The staff pulls AJ back, who looks to the bloodied Shane Warner, admiring his work.

Scott immediately dons a furious expression, to which Michael waves his hand. "Now, for the good news. "Let's face it, everyone. I couldn't just shut out that group completely. Though, it sure would've been fun..." Kouryuu grins as the video wall blinks off, and the arena sinks into silence, wondering who the challenger could be.
