Match 2: Kitten Miller (w/ Melissa Rez) v. Sarah Luria
- Sarah Luria pinned Kitten Miller after a lariat at 9:25.
Match 3: Nathan Rozman (w/ Bryan Krash) v. Mumbo Man
- Mumbo Man pinned Nathan Rozman after an electric chair facebuster at 12:50.
Match 4: Erik Range v. Norihito Takahashi
- Norihito Takahashi pinned Erik Range after a front suplex at 11:11.
The camera fades backstage to show Kouryuu standing beside Michael Jamborgh in his office. "Ladies and gentlemen, tonight's main event is brought to you by none other than the 2009 Dead Heat Tournament winner, 'Gold Dragon' Kouryuu." Michael states, gesturing to the man beside him.
"Thank you, Michael." Kouryuu states. "Ladies and gentlemen, it has come to my attention recently that my former stablemate, the man now known as B-4, has, since the night of MWL's Stage of Legends 2009, carried with him the MWL World Hardcore Championship or, as Big Papa Norton called it, the MWL Underground Championship. And then, I thought to myself, that I wish to make an impact with my prize, and what better way to do that than by ensuring that every title changes hands on my watch?
"So, to that end, I have opted to, rather than select only one, name three challengers for B-4's title tonight. Our final bout of the evening will be, in a four-way dance, B-4, Riley Taylor, Vince Marshall, and Matthew Froscheiser!" Kouryuu shouts, as the crowd roars and the image cuts out to the arena, where two ladders have been set up.
Main Event: MWL Underground Championship - Ladder: (C) B-4 v. Matthew Froscheiser v. Vince Marshall v. Riley Taylor
- Vince Marshall climbed the ladder and retrieved the title belt at 22:53 to win the MWL Underground Championship.
The closing bell rings as Vince Marshall raises the title belt high overhead, perched atop the ladder. Riley, Matt, and B-4 clear out of the ring and make their respective exits while Vince soaks in the deafening cheers echoing through the arena. The figure of Kouryuu appears on the stage, applauding while he points down the ramp toward Vince in a congratulatory manner. Vince slings the belt over his shoulder and raises his fists as Kouryuu continues to grin, giving B-4 a quick look as he passes by, and the show fades to a close.
