- Maverick Miller pinned Allan Martel after a springboard splash at 27:30 to win the MWL-CAW Championship.
Match 2: World Tag Team Contendership - Cornerstone v. Free Radical
- Jarvick Redrock pinned Nicholas Hunter with a roll-up at 21:56 to compete for the MWL World Tag Team Championship.
Match 3: Big Papa Norton v. Erik Range (w/ Matthew Froscheiser)
- Big Papa Norton pinned Erik Range after a belly-to-back suplex at 13:53.

- Suicide climbed the ladder and retrieved the belt at 3:28 to retain the MWL World Television Championship.
Main Event: MWL World Heavyweight Championship - (C) Yugo Ryan v. Shane Warner
- Shane Warner pinned Yugo Ryan with a schoolboy roll-up at 9:16 to win the MWL World Heavyweight Championship.
As the closing bell rings, the referee hands the MWL World Heavyweight Championship to Shane Warner who holds the title high overhead. Yugo begins to climb out of the ring, but is stopped as Shane Warner smashes the title belt into the top of Yugo's head. He falls back into the ring as Shane takes a microphone from ringside. "Yugo, Yugo, Yugo... You didn't think you were getting out of this ring that easily, did you?" Shane asks. "No. Not by a long shot. In fact, this seems oddly familiar, doesn't it? A group beatdown..." Shane begins, as the members of NEX-GEN, AJ, Viper, Levithan, Bryan Krash, Nathan Rozman, and the Cornerstone all charge the ring, sliding in. Shane looks up and grins.
"...A massive chained steel structure blocking you off from any help..." With that, the sound of metal grinding is heard as the camera pans upward, showing the Elimination Chamber lowering onto the ring.
"...And, let us not forget, you, too exhausted from your match just moments earlier, unable to do anything to stop it..." Shane laughs, tossing the microphone aside as the structure presses down around the ring. AJ tucks back in the corner and waits as Yugo pushes himself to his feet. AJ charges forward and hits the Longinus. Viper pulls Yugo to his feet and hits the Authority Spike. Levithan pulls Yugo to his feet and stands behind him, grinning as he hits the Blue Wave. Nathan and Bryan pull Yugo back up while Shane grins. Nathan applies the Cobra Clutch and wrenches for a moment, feeding him to Bryan who hits the Krash Slam. The Cornerstone laugh and point to the entryway as Lino, Catastrophe, and Kairez charge down to ringside. Lucas and Jarvick drag Yugo through the ropes and pulls him to his feet before his teammates and hit the Break the Mold. The two stand and glare toward the X, mockingly dragging Yugo to his feet one final time, both of them holding him up by one arm. Shane steps through the ropes and rushes forward, hitting the Reality Check. Shane then rolls Yugo onto his stomach and drags him to the side of the structure where he slams the former champion's face into the chainlink. He holds Yugo there and shouts at the X, grating his opponent's face against the metal and giving a wicked laugh as the night fades to a close...
