Melissa Rez v. Karma - There would be video for this match, but apparently, it's screwed up. Sorry.
The finish for the match saw Melissa lay out Karma after a few shots to the face, then slap on a triangle hold for the submission.
Winner, by triangle hold: Melissa Rez!
Norton Brothers v. Chaser & Jaysun Legend (Click for video)
This was a vicious, pretty back-and-forth match. The finish here saw Chaser counteract Spike's WRECK SHOP with a POSSUM PIN! FOR THE THREE!
LowKo v. Brandon Dubaine (Click for video)
During the course of this match, my capture software decided to play a rousing game of "LET'S FUCK UP THE VIDEO, LOL!", so I apologize in advance for the choppy match.
Anyway, the finish saw Brandon hit a moonsault splash on LowKo then cover for the three. On a side note, LowKo ate a StreetSweeper AND Cruise Control prior to the finish.
Winner, by moonsault splash: Brandon Dubaine!
Lunatic Fringe v. Boyz Malicious (JC & Mikey) (Click for video)
Sorry. I blinked, and missed this match. Reviewing the tape, however, revealed that the finish came after a spike piledriver from the Boyz, followed by a ground-an'-pound from JC, then agonizing knees to the skull, a running knee lift, a countered Samoan Drop attempt, and lastly, a moonsault. Poor Evan just got mauled in the corner.
Winners, by moonsault: Boyz Malicious!
Deathblade v. Mark Rejda v. Catastrophe (Click for video)
Seems the program thought it'd be funny to screw up Catastrophe's entrance, too... Anyway...
You know those matches where you scream "FINISH THE DAMN MATCH ALREADY!"? This was one of those matches. At least 80% of this match took place outside of the ring, because the AI's are humongous idiots.
Right, well, moving on, the finish saw Catastrophe hit Deathblade with a SHOULDER BLOCK, then pin for the three while Rejda waners around in the background until just before the 3-count, at which point, he drops an elbow, and doesn't even come close.
Winner, by shoulder block: Catastrophe!
Yugo Ryan & Freaky (w/ Melissa Rez) v. Souls of Sain (Click for video)
This was another pretty even match. Finish saw Yugo catch Grim with a botched missile dropkick, that turned into...really, more of a diving headbutt. Then climb up and try it again, with the same results. Finally thinking "screw this", Yugo drags Grim out to the middle and pins for the three.
Winners, by two screwed up missile dropkick/diving headbutt things: Yugo Ryan and Freaky!
Following the match, Yugo climbs out of the ring and slumps against the apron. Melissa grabs a microphone from a stagehand at ringside and hands it to Yugo. He begins to speak, but is cut off by Rammstein's "Sonne" as Osiris makes his entrance, holding the AWF World Championship. When Osiris reaches the ring and passes the title belt to the referee, Yugo promptly starts running his mouth.
"Ladies and gentlemen, introducing JOHN CRESCENT!" Yugo shouts, motioning toward the stage.
"Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva plays and the crowd gives a massive pop as the AWF Owner, John Crescent, appears on the stage and makes his way down to the ring, microphone in hand. He adjusts his tie and brings the mic to his mouth as he clears his throat.
John C.: Last week...our World Champion, Osiris, made the deceleration that no matter who he faces, he will always retain that title. To me, this sounds like a perfect ratings opportunity. So, by order of me, starting tonight, Osiris will be defending that title on every show. And tonight, your first defense will be against an opponent of this man's choosing. He indicated for Yugo to join him in the ring.
"Everybody, I give you a man that I'm not particularly fond of. Even so, he's got talent to spare, which is evident by his record of FIVE-TIME FORMER WORLD CHAMPION! Now hit his music!" Yugo shouts as the unfamiliar music kicks in...
Picture me, I'm on top of the world now
Never stop, not for anyone, not now...
Yugo's Decree: AWF World Championship - (C) Osiris v. "Slim" Jim Norris (Click for video)
The bell rings, and Jimmy promptly levels Osiris. Of course, from there, it's all downhill. Finish saw Osiris Fists of Fury and Ground-an'-pound it up before laying Jimmy out with a european uppercut for the three.
Winner, by european uppercut and STILL AWF World Champion: Osiris!
