Ladder - Tank v. Daniel Saviors v. Dante Malicious v. Warren Peace
What can I say that really isn't obvious already? Plenty of Superplexes from the top of the ladders, multiple shots from said ladder and finishers from the momentum gained from the ladder shots. Everyone had a fair share of getting the meter down, and anyone could of won at the end, it was barely even a blip by the end. But it was ultimately Dante who would grab the belt.
WINNER: Dante
Elimination - Mistress Jade v. Emilie Autumn v. Faith v. Nemesis
Mistress Jade by Emilie Autumn via submission (SS Anaconda Vise)
Emilie Autumn by Faith (Trouble in Paradise)
Faith by Nemesis (Super RKO)
WINNER: Nemesis
Bryan v. Freaky
As Bryan was waiting in the ring for his opponent, Move by Thousand Foot Krutch plays as Cory Mott came out onto the stage, mic already in hand.
"Now, I know that all of you out here in this arena including Bryan are waiting for the AWF Hardcore Legend and former AWF World Champion to come out from behind that curtain and do what we all came to see him do. But that's not going to happen. A few days ago, both Freaky and his sister Jennifer approached me about taking some time off, and I granted them it. The reasons? I promised them that I wouldn't tell. Now Bryan, don't leave that ring because your still going to have a match. It's going to be against AWF's latest signing. Ladies and gentlemen, Vlad "The Impaler"!
Perfect Insanity plays as Vlad came out from behind the curtain and walks down to the ring, ready for his debut match in AWF.
Bryan vs Vlad
Hmm. The Slayer vs the Impaler. Now that's interesting. Another interesting point to make in this match, the majority of the match was throws, slams and reversals. Good match to see. No finishers even came up until the very end, with Vlad hitting the Impaler for the 3 count.
WINNER: Vlad
Trip Acid v. Carnivore v. Anthony Jacobs
Yeah, these three just beat the crap out of each other. It's what they do I suppose. Anyway, Carnivore picked up the win after hitting AJ with the Vile Driver and Trip's foot just could reach to break the pin.
WINNER: Carnivore
Elimination Tornado - Girls' Riot v. Twisted Sisters
Esh, these ladies just tore up the place. Melissa was the first to go after taking an Assassin's Drop from Sasha. And with most 2 on 1 scenarios, Kitten was double teams until taking a Neckbreaker finisher from Sasha.
WINNERS: Twisted Sisters
Steel Cage w/ Pin and Give Up - Ryan Franchise v. Loki, Jr.
Ryan and Loki really just went at it here. They made an attempt to get out of the cage like twice each. But Ryan got the better of Loki on this night, hitting two Codebreakers before Loki stayed down for the 3 count.
WINNER: Ryan Franchise
Jackel & Chaos v. Oriental Express
And here we go as these two teams lock up once more. Machine was doing pretty good against Jackel, even hitting the Machine Works. After the Express hit the Stungun & Neckbreaker tag team finisher, Chaos broke it up and just a bit later got tagged in. However, Jackel did not want to leave the ring and started to attack Blade along with Chaos. The ref counted to five, Jackel didn't leave and the Dark Covenant was disqualified.
WINNERS: The Oriental Express (by DQ)
AWF Hardcore Championship - Last Man Standing: Lino Coldheart v. Xplizit
Lino came out swinging, and Xplizit wasn't doing so well in the opening moments. But Xplizit started fighting back, managing to hit the Michinoku Driver, but only for a 2 count. But after a combo of a Spider Suplex, a Elbow Drop and then some Sweet Chin Music, Lino was out for the 10 count.
WINNER and NEW Hardcore Champion: Xplizit
Misfitt & Angel v. Vile & Harlequin
Before the match started, Move played again as Cory Mott once again came out with a mic.
"Alright, since the time has arrived, it's time to let everyone in on the plan I have for this match. Since all of you have a viable cause to stake a claim to challenging Misfitt for the Angels Championship, I thought it was only fair to let all of you at least have a chance to get a one on one match. So here is what we are going to do: The person who scores the pinfall in this match will be the next challenger immediately after this match. And if it so happens that it's Misfitt herself that gets the pin, then she shall choose who will face her. Now ring the bell!"
The bell was rung to start the match, and all four ladies were ready for it.
Good back and forth tag match, with both teams tagging in and out with a good frequency. Angel got close to getting the win after hitting Vile with the Original Sin, but only got a 2 count. But Vile fired back later on with some Sweet Chin Music on Angel while Harlequin ran interference to keep Misfitt away from the pin.
WINNERS: Vile & Harlequin
AWF Angels Championship: Misfitt vs Vile
Two of the most physical ladies in the division going at it, and they just went with it. They fought pretty much tooth and nail. Misfitt was close to losing after taking a Vile-Lator, but managed to kick out at 2. But then the Sweet Chin Music came in handy yet again this night as Misfitt fell victim to it just like Angel did earlier and Vile got the 3.
WINNER and NEW Angels Champion: Vile
AWF United States Championship - Steel Cage: Reaper Killer v. Minion
So, onto our second cage match of the night. And for a title no less. RK and Minion had a good fight with each other, and the cage was hardly even used. Match ended after Minion hit RK with the Shining Wizard, knocking him out and Minion climbing over the cage for the win.
WINNER and NEW United States Champion: Minion
AWF Tag Team Championship - The Apokalypse v. Reaper & Cage
Now this was a good tag team match. Reaper was doing a good job at the starting of the match against Jester, even managing to hit the Celtic Cross. Cage came in later and hits the Lockdown, busting Jester open. Later, Jester was on got the Hot Tag from Klown and hit the Jester Drop on Cage, but only for a 2 count. Cage then bloodied up Klown with a Lockdown, and pinning for the 3 count while Reaper went to the other corner and kept Jester out of the way.
WINNER and NEW Tag Team Champions: Reaper & Cage
As the Apokalypse and Reaper & Cage make their respective exits, the arena settles, anxiously awaiting the evening's main event.
"Ladies and gentlemen, introducing first, the special guest timekeeper for this contest, former three-time AWF World Champion, the 'Son of God', Yugo Ryan!" The announcer calls as KMFDM's "Stray Bullet" tears through the sound system. The entire arena stands, letting out a mixed chorus of cheers and boos alike as Yugo steps out onto the stage, the MWL World Heavyweight Championship belt around his waist. Yugo steps slowly down the entryway, moving around the ring, ignoring the crowd. He picks up the chair next to the timekeeper's table and sets it up, plopping down in the seat. He lifts up the tiny hammer and bangs it against the bell, a huge grin upon his face as the announcer begins the introductions for the match itself...
MAIN EVENT - AWF World Championship: Osiris v. William James (Special Guest Timekeeper: Yugo Ryan)
These guys just had a brawl. William was doing a good job of fighting with the World Champion. Osiris almost got the win after he hit the Eternal Damnation, but William had his feet on the ropes. This seemed to have set something off in Osiris, as he just unloaded on William, focusing on the head with leg drops, rear naked chokes and neckbreakers. Osiris then locked on the Triangle Stretch and with no ropes to help him this time he had no choice but to tap out.
WINNER and STILL AWF World Champion: Osiris
