The video wall fades in to show the MWL administration, Michael Jamborgh, Shane Warner, and Sarah Alyssa all standing in Michael's office as a grin creeps across the MWL founder's face. "You know Shane, it's times like this that I quite enjoy some of your ideas." Michael laughs.
"Glad I can be of service!" Shane answers.
"Now then, the box!" Michael shouts, hoisting a box from behind his desk and dropping it down with a heavy thud. "Ladies and gentlemen, our first bout tonight will be a four-way dance between Allan Martel, Levithan, Cain, and management's own Shane Warner..." Michael begins, looking to Shane, who is giggling like a child and waving at the camera. "...And will determine the number-one contender to the MWL-CAW Championship, presently held by Anthony Jacobs." Michael plunges his hand into the box and removes a single slip of paper, unfolding it and grinning upon seeing the writing.
"And it will be...HELL IN A CELL!" Michael shouts, as the crowd roars and Sarah pushes Shane out the door.
"BUT I DON'T WANNA--!" Shane pleads as Sarah closes the door.
Match 1: MWL-CAW Contendership - Hell in a Cell: Allan Martel v. Levithan v. Cain v. Shane Warner
- Cain pinned Allan Martel after the Ancient Madness at 10:23.
The image fades back in to Michael's office where he is now alone, seated behind his desk. "Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest will determine the number-one contenders to the MWL World Tag Team Championship against the winners of tonight's title match, and it will be under...!" Michael grins, plunging his hand into the box and removing a slip. He is visibly disappointed at the result.
"...Normal rules."
Match 2: Tag Team Contendership - Norton Brothers v. Yugo Ryan & Lino
- Red Norton pinned Lino after the Seeing Red at 21:03.
The image returns once again to Michael Jamborgh's office, where Shane Warner and Sarah Alyssa are now waiting to draw the stipulations. "This next match is a one-on-one affair between MWL World Lightweight Champion Maverick Miller and one half of CTHD, Byakko. It is for the titles, and the stipulations shall be..." Sarah begins as Shane quickly draws the match.
"STEEL CAGE, BABY!" Shane yells.
Match 3: MWL World Lightweight Championship - Steel Cage: (C) Maverick Miller v. Byakko
- Maverick Miller escaped the cage at 4:17 to retain the MWL World Lightweight Championship.
At this time, Shane Warner has left Michael Jamborgh's office. Michael sits behind his desk, looking into the camera while Sarah Alyssa sits upon his desk. "The next match tonight is for the MWL North American Championship and is between defending champion Kairez and one member of his followers which imploded on Wednesday, Christopher Martel! The stipulations, Sarah?" Michael asks. Sarah reaches into the box and removes a slip of paper, showing it to Michael, who grins in immediate response.
"Oh ho ho, man, this is gonna be good!" Michael laughs while Sarah turns back toward the camera.
"An Inferno match." Sarah states as the crowd in the arena goes wild.
Match 4: MWL North American Championship - Inferno: (C) Kairez v. Christopher Martel
- Kairez threw Christopher Martel into the flames outside the ring at 5:17 to retain the MWL North American Championship.
"Freakin' Kairez just couldn't let us get our money's worth, could he?!" Michael sighs, as Sarah looks over her shoulder at him. Shane Warner creeps into the camera's view, grinning. Sarah turns back around just in time to see his stupid grin.
"What are you doing?" Sarah asks.
"Nothing." Shane answers.
"Introduce the next match then, would you?" Sarah demands. Shane stands and straightens his imaginary tie before speaking.
"The next bout is between two central figures on MWL Ignition, the MWL World Television Champion Riley Taylor, and founder of the Genesis Mirage and one half of the MWL Silver Age Champions, Erik Range. The war started over a matter of respect, and has since spiralled out of control. Now then, the stipulations, guys?" Shane asks.
Michael reaches in and removes a slip, looking back to Shane. "Ironman!"
"How long?" Shane asks.
"Just do thirty minutes." Sarah answers.
Match 5: MWL World Television Championship - 30-Minute Ironman: (C) Riley Taylor v. Erik Range
- Erik Range pinned Riley Taylor after a sideswipe at 23:59.
- Erik Range won the match 1-0 to win the MWL World Television Championship.
"The following contest is for the MWL World Tag Team Championship, and will see the challengers, the Cornerstone, doing battle with the reigning champions, the newly named Countdown Trigger." Sarah Alyssa states, leaning against Michael's desk, now standing and alone in the office. She plunges a single hand into the stipulation box and reads the draw.
"And this one will be a hardcore tornado tag match!" Sarah announces as the crowd roars once again. "Have fun out there, boys!"
Match 6: MWL World Tag Team Championship - Hardcore: (C) Countdown Trigger v. Cornerstone
- Jarvick Redrock pinned Scott Froelich after a spin-out powerbomb at 5:42 to win the MWL World Tag Team Championship.
The camera fades into Michael Jamborgh's office for one final time of the night, again seeing all of MWL's administration in the room. "Ladies and gentlemen, we are now going into the main event of the evening, and the culmination of battles between the two competitors. Tonight, we settle it all in the ring at Russian Roulette 2009!" Michael shouts. "This one is for the MWL World Heavyweight Championship and in it you will see reigning champion Catastrophe defend against former three-time champion Jim Norris in a...!" Michael begins.
"Shane?" Sarah asks. "SHANE!"
"What, what?!" Shane yelps.
"The stipulations!" Sarah urges.
"Oh, right!" Shane laughs, reaching in and drawing out a slip of paper, showing it to Michael and Sarah.
"FIRST BLOOD!" Michael shouts.
Main Event: MWL World Heavyweight Championship - First Blood: (C) Catastrophe v. Jim Norris
- Jim Norris made Catastrophe bleed after a back kick to the face at 6:41 to win the MWL World Heavyweight Championship.
