As the opening video package and logo fade, the image of Michael Jamborgh, standing in the ring as the opening fireworks explode becomes apparent. "Ladies and gentlemen, if you'll excuse me, I would just like a moment, here." Michael states, as the fireworks die down. "Last week, Erik Range decided to pay a visit, and so we had ourselves a little talk about the whole mess going on over on Ignition. Well, he came to speak about the possibility of getting a shot at Riley again in the near future. Since we're coming up on another PPV, soon, I thought it could be worth the trouble involved. So, at MWL Russian Roulette, for the MWL World Television Championship, it will be Riley Taylor defending against Erik Range!" Michael shouts as the crowd roars in response. Michael looks around the arena, smiling.
"Alright, that's it for me, everyone! Let's get this show on the road!" Michae announces, climbing out of the ring.
Match 1: Lino v. Viper
- Lino pinned Viper after a belly-to-back suplex at 12:14.
The image cuts to a hallway backstage, where Kouryuu and Byakko are approaching the ring. "So what about the tag titles?" Byakko asks.
"All in due time." Kouryuu states. "We'll be reclaiming the titles VERY soon..."
"Ah." Byakko nods, pausing as Kouryuu passes the camera. "What about Cornerstone?"
"Don't worry about them, just focus on tonight!" Kouryuu shouts, as the camera fades back to the arena.
Match 2: CTHD v. Asian Persuasion
- Byakko pinned Tiananman with a roll-up at 17:57.
Match 3: Scott Froelich v. Alex DuVry
- Scott Froelich pinned Alex DuVry after the Mad Drive at 8:59.
The camera fades backstage to a dimly lit room, where a single monitor is turned on, tuned to the show. The light from the monitor illuminates one half of the MWL World Tag Team Championship, making it apparent the figure watching is David Hitz. As the entrances to the next match begin, David cracks a grin and lets out a faint laugh while the camera fades back to the arena.
Match 4: Allan Martel v. Kairez (w/ Christopher Martel)
- Kairez pinned Allan Martel with a sunset flip at 11:41.
As Kairez stands, celebrating the victory, Christopher Martel stands still and looks down at his MWL North American Championship. Chris looks up as Kairez leans over and pulls Allan to his feet, cracking a twisted grin. Kairez begins to hoist Allan onto his shoulder to hit a finisher, stopping when a voice cries out. "STOP IT!" Kairez turns around, his grin still apparent, glaring at Chris. Kairez steps toward Chris, who lunges forward and smashes Kairez in the face with the title belt. Kairez falls to the mat, gripping his face as Chris climbs out of the ring and makes his way backstage, not even giving Allan another glance.
Main Event: MWL World Heavyweight Championship - (C) Jim Norris v. Catastrophe
- Catastrophe pinned Jim Norris after a hurracanrana at 12:20 to win the MWL World Heavyweight Championship.
Catastrophe stands and holds the MWL World Heavyweight Championship high overhead, celebrating the start of his second reign. "Congratulations, Catastrophe!" The voice of Michael Jamborgh calls as the crowd roars at the arrival of the MWL founder. "A very hard-fought win to mark the beginning of your second World Heavyweight title reign." Michael states, grinning. "But, don't get too comfortable with it. You see, in a week and a half or so is the next MWL PPV, Russian Roulette! And on that night, every match type is randomized. So, you might get lucky and get a cage match, or who knows, it could be the return of Last Man Standing." Michael shrugs. "But make no mistake there, Catastrophe, in the main event, you WILL defend that title. And considering that you're one and one, I'd say it'll be a nice draw to have you defend against the former three-time champ, Jim Norris!" Michael announces. Catastrophe smirks and approaches the still unconscious Jim Norris, moving to place his boot atop Jim's skull.
"And if you so much as touch a member of Red Team Fortress before the match, you're fired." Michael states, a satisfied grin creeping across his face. Catastrophe's boot hovers over Jim's head before pulling back as he climbs out of the ring and the show fades to a close.
