Deathblade is seen standing in the middle of the ring, holding a microphone up to his face. He laughs into it, and speaks to the crowd.

DB: Well, in my limited amount of time here in AWF, in about two weeks. That's right, two weeks, I have already earned my FIRST title shot, and it's for the world title. Now, look at me, destroying people is what I do best, and Yugo, you are no different. You see, I am not like anyone else you have ever faced. For example, I'll go out of my way during a match to break you to the point, where I'll be able to easily pin you.

Deathblade walks up to the ropes, facing the ramp, and looks to the stage.

DB: However, underestimation is a thing I do not do. Losing sight of goals, I might do, but you will feel pain in our match, a lot of pain. I will make sure of it, Yugo. You will writhe in a whole new multitude of pain, that which has not been felt before!

Deathblade gives another evil laugh, raising up his arms, and turning 360 degrees, before looking at the stage again.

DB: But, however, there is a chance that I might end up facing Osiris instead, and I know to expect anything and everything. So, Osiris, this one is for you. I will decimate you just like I will to any other competitor. Don't think that just because we know each other, that means that I have any reason to take it easy on you. You will be beaten, Osiris. I WILL BECOME THE AWF WORLD CHAMPION.

KMFDM's "Beast" hits the speakers as the videowall clicks to life, showing Yugo seated in his usual fancy chair, the AWF World Championship in his lap. "Tsk, tsk, tsk, Deathblade. Did you learn nothing from my victory over Osiris at Blackout? Talking tough will get you nowhere in this promotion. Or any other, for that matter. However, backing up your claims, THAT will be what gets you places.

Anyone can claim they will BECOME the champion, but few actually DO. Let alone deserve it. And now, Deathblade, I ask you: do you TRULY DESERVE to wear AWF's World Championship?" Yugo asks, holding the belt up for the camera, and for all the world to see.

Deathblade looks to the video wall and gives a slight smirk.

DB: Tsk, tsk, tsk for you as well, Yugo. Have you even did any research on me. I don't talk tough, what I say is a statement of fact. I've beaten up people in my whole entire career, so tell me, what makes you any different?

Yugo is about to speak, but Deathblade raises up his arm.

DB: Nope. Let me tell you how I deserve to be the AWF champion, Yugo, since obviously, you've done no research. First off, if you haven't noticed, I won my title shot, beating CK 'don't call me One' Malicious, Mark Rejda, and Devin Sain. Second, I beat Lino worse than anyone has beat him before. So, to answer your question, yes, I truly deserve to be the AWF World Title.

"Now, now. You're making false claims, there. First, you only defeated Devin Sain, a tag team competitor. And that was after two others had worn him down. Beyond THAT, you beat Lino worse than anyone in AWF, not EVER."

Yugo wags his finger at Deathblade.

"Now then, had it been an elimination match, THEN I would be impressed. But, it wasn't. So what have you TRULY done to deserve to wear this championship? Hmm?"

Deathblade smiles as he looks down towards Yugo.

DB: You've done no research, have you. You are just sitting there asking me what have I done to deserve the championship? I am different then anyone you have faced before, Yugo. Completely different than Osiris. I weave a path of destruction wherever I go, Yugo. I've touched world title gold before in feds, and I have held it longer than anyone else in those feds. It seems like you underestimate me, Yugo, and that is a fatal mistake.
